Terminal Service and Maintenance
Netco are committed to providing a high level of nationwide support and are happy to structure service and support to best suit your needs.
Our standard rental maintenance agreement includes:
PHONE SUPPORT
24 x 7 telephone support. Call 0800 232 237 where a group of experienced Help Desk operators are on call to assist with any problems you may experience with your EFTPOS terminal. Approximately 80% of all issues are resolved this way.
REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT BY COURIER SWAP OUT
If the problem is unable to be resolved by the Help Desk, a replacement piece of equipment will be couriered to you. All rental equipment has our courier swap out service included free of charge. Replacement equipment is couriered to the site fully configured, and simply needs to be plugged in. A courier sticker is also included to allow the easy and hassle free return of the faulty equipment.
Response times for the courier swap out service are as follows (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Dispatch
All calls logged before 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.
Delivery
Metropolitan Areas: Delivery will be the next business day
Rural Delivery Areas: Delivery will be according to the courier service provided in your area.
All service levels quoted are subject to transport / courier service constraint.
The standard maintenance contract can be upgraded to an on-site service contract for an additional charge.
PLEASE NOTE:
Maintenance Agreements do not cover repairs resulting from:
Physical damage
Liquid spills
Power surges
Operating in a damaging environment
Where one of theses factors is the cause of the fault, a charge will be incurred for associated labour, parts and courier costs.
